Today's tip for cancer prevention- 2 low cost foods.
1. Whole soy foods[not Boca Burgers]
Soy milk. Yes you can get used to it.
Edamame
Soy nuts.

2. Cruciferous vegetables
Cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, bok choy, and brussel sprouts.

Both of these categories are low cost and powerful cancer-fighters
